School adoption program

Welcome to our Government School Adoption initiative, where we are dedicated empowering students in government schools through three essential strategies. We prioritize quality education by appointing and supporting temporary teachers to enhance learning outcomes. Our initiative also organizes extracurricular activities that promote a holistic approach to education, allowing every student to explore their interests. Additionally we focus on developing school infrastructure to create an environment conducive to quality learning, all while collaborating closely with government agencies to support the vision of a nurturing and growth-oriented Bharat.
Our role 

1. Infrastructure Development

  • Renovating classrooms, toilets, libraries, and science labs.

  • Installing clean drinking water systems and handwashing stations.

  • Supporting solar energy installations or reliable electricity access.

  • Creating child-friendly learning environments with colorful and inclusive designs.

 2. Learning Enhancement Programs

  • Providing remedial classes, bridge courses, or after-school tutoring.

  • Distributing learning materials, activity kits, and age-appropriate books.

  • Introducing digital learning tools like tablets, smart TVs, or projectors.

  • Conducting regular assessments to monitor and improve learning outcomes

 

3. Teacher Training & Capacity Building

  • Organizing workshops on child-centric and experiential teaching methods.

  • Training in use of digital tools and inclusive education practices.

  • Supporting teachers with teaching aids and resource materials.

 

4. Community Mobilization

  • Forming or strengthening School Management Committees 

  • Encouraging parental involvement through regular meetings and awareness drives.

  • Building trust between schools and local communities to reduce dropouts, especially among girls.

 

5. Health, Nutrition & WASH

  • Supplementing or supporting mid-day meal programs with hygiene awareness.

  • Conducting regular health camps, dental check-ups, and anemia screening.

  • Providing sanitary pads and menstrual hygiene awareness for adolescent girls.

 

6. Green & Sustainable Schools

  • Promoting eco-clubs and student-led sustainability projects.

  • Implementing rainwater harvesting, composting, and school gardens.

  • Installing solar panels to power classrooms and lighting.

 

7. Advocacy & Policy Engagement

  • Sharing field-level data and success stories to influence policy.

  • Partnering with government bodies to pilot innovative education models.

  • Advocating for child rights, gender equality, and inclusive education reforms.
