She is a Science graduate from CMS College , and a qualified B Ed in Natural Science.. She has retired as the principal of Basal Mission Higher Secondary School with her 32 years of handful experience in managing 3500 students and 65 teachers.. She has donated her entire savings and pensions to the Foundation during her retirement in 1999.Under her visionary, the Education programs have been a benchmark in the Foundations impeccable journey for more than 2 decades.

A distinctive lawyer with 16 years of experience with in trial courts and High Court of Karnataka , Seema has great passion for educating the less privileged. She adorns the chair of various social service platforms including the position of vice chairman of vasudha Global foundation for women, which aims to provide protection for the women.She is also a graduate of MBA in (HR), Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights from National Law School, Bangalore, LLB and Bachelor of Arts.

Her innate passion and strategic plans to strengthen the community has delivered various milestones during her service with non-profits sector. She has been awarded Woman of the year 2015 followed by several honors nationally and globally. in the last decade.
Priya is a versatile, result-oriented HR trainer, with over 19 years of corporate experience, who trained people with the vision to help them manage life with both skills and character. She has completed B.Sc. Community Development from St. Teresa’s College Ernakulum. Her expertise are applied on women empowerment, life skills and beyond
